Commercial and Industrial Building Inspections

Pre-Purchase, Pre-Leasing and Pre-Listing Commercial Building Inspections

Condition is a major factor in any property, but outward appearances never tell the whole storey. There are many hidden issues and usability concerns that only a thorough, practical inspection by an experienced building technologist will reveal.

We will conduct a visual review and a building-components inspection on all accessible structural, roofing/flashing/chimneys, interior, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems of the building. Call us about your particular concerns or situation.

A commercial inspection will identify immediate and long-term repairs that should be corrected, and their budget costing. Photographic and other documentation will be provided so that solutions can be easily identified.

Building Code / Property Standards Inspections

We will provide building code /property standards inspections for clients to determine if the building meets the Ontario Building Code or other regulatory requirements. As a Certified Building Code Official with the Ontario Building Officials Association we have the expertise and experience to determine if there are deficiencies that may require upgrading or retro fitting.  This is valuable information if you are considering buying or leasing a building that may require expensive renovations at your expense.
